Ms-Dos QBasic is another of the usefull things that was in Windows 3.1 but was left out of Win95 and 98.
To run a .bas file put it in the same directory as QBasic.exe, Run QBasic (if it asks for parameters just click OK) from the File menu click Open, click the .bas file you want to run and click OK then from the RUN menu click START.
