Ghosts are special stealth wariors from Star Craft. Armed with a C-10 cannister rifle (in some pics it looks like theres more gun than ghost!) and a bag of other tricks they are one of my favorite units. Like all good units ghosts come with some nice (but some times expensive) upgrades including the ability to cloak - hence the name!

Ghosts epitomize the height of human evolution and physical conditioning. Born with incredible psionic potential, these agents are quarantined by the Confederate Government and trained from infancy to channel their psionic energies to augment their natural phyisical strength and endurance. As a precautionary measure, Psychic Dampners are surgically implanted in all Ghosts.

Cloak
The most unnerving of these agent's skills is the ability to cloak themselves from enemy detection. This 'invisibility' has earned the Ghosts a fear-inspired reputation for their mysterious battlefield tactics. Older models of the Ghost Hostile Enviroment Suit may not be equiped with a personal cloaking device, but they may be retrofitted with them in the field.

Lockdown
The C-10 Canister Rifle normally fires High-Explosive rounds, but it can also be armed with special Lockdown rounds that temporarily disable mechanised units caught within the blast. The Lockdown shell must be charged with a small amount of energy before use.

Nuclear Strike One of the primary responsibilities of the ghost is to locate enemy units or structures for the tactical nuclear strikes. Using a special frequency targeting laser, the Ghost can direct missiles from any friendly silos with pinpoint accuracy.

Psionic Storm
After Kerigan becomes infested by the Zerg she infiltrates a Dominion science vessel, the Amerigo, and gains accsess to the onboard supercomputer containing information on the abandoned Ghost Projects. The Confederate scientists limited the Ghosts psionic powers with Psychic Dampeners so they couldn't be used against the Confederacy. After reading the files Kerrigan discovers how to disable the dampners and tap into her new abilities.

Only the most trusted officers and researchers are allowed into the Covert Ops Center, which conducts all experimental research for the Confederate Intelligence Corps.

Research Lockdown (Ghost ability)
Designed for the Ghost C-10 Canister Rifle, Lockdown ammo temporarily disables mechanized units caught within their blast.

Based on the stealth technology imployed by Wraith fighters, personal cloaking fields provide Ghost agents with the ultimate in infiltration capabilities.

In an effort to improve their effectiveness as covert operatives, Ghost agents can undergo radical sergery to augment their eyes with these sight-range enchancing cybernetic devices.

Nuclear Silo
After the Korhal incident, full-scale nuclear weapons were banned from use on habitable worlds, but smaller tactical nuclear weapons are still used by Confederate forces.

Build Nuke
The somewhat dangerous Nuclear Silo can produce and house a single tactical nuclear warhead. To prevent outside tampering with the missile guidance commands a Ghost agent is required to actually driect the missile to its target.

Psi Emitters
The Transplanar Psionic Waveform Emitter was developed by Confederate scientists conducting research on the relationship between the psychicly gifted humans trained as Ghosts and the Zerg. The Confederates discovered that the Zerg are attuned to the psychic eminations of Ghosts, and are attracted to their location. The emitters broadcast the neural imprint of a ghost but at a mush grater magnitude, capable of reaching across worlds - luring any Zerg to the emitters locale.
